EXECUTIVE TEAM

  • Co-founder, Managing Director

    Roberto graduated as engineer at the Politecnico di Milano – Italy and worked in the private sector before becoming an entrepreneur. Having lived in and worked in Asia for over 30 years, Roberto’s extensive experience in corporate management and business strategy has taken him around the world to oversee several engineering and management projects.

    He has worked for and collaborated with a multitude of government bodies and enterprises, as well as ventured into exhibitions and events. He served as Centre Director for the Economic Development Board in Italy from 1986 to 1989. Roberto presently sits on the Board of Directors of several organizations, as well as mentors post-graduate business management programs. He contributes to a number of publications and think tanks, including Osservatorio Asia.

    Roberto has been conferred the title of Knight of the Republic of Italy twice. In 1995, he was awarded the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic (OMRI) for services rendered to the Republic in the area of economic cooperation and labor. In 2009, he was awarded the Order of the Star of Italy (OSSI) for support and solidarity extended to the Italian community overseas.

    Roberto’s service in both public and private sectors, together with his entrepreneurial endeavors, equip him with a nuanced and comprehensive approach to negotiating the best outcomes for his clients.

  • Co-founder, General Manager

    Rosezita started her professional career in corporate administration for an MNC. She worked her way up to becoming the head of logistics, before relocating to Italy to management procurement for a Singapore-based company. Her move to Europe inspired her entrepreneurial spirit, serving as the impetus for her broad portfolio of ventures and initiatives.

    Upon returning to Singapore, Rosezita became a partner in a clothing company specializing in women’s active wear, developing her experience in garment manufacturing and fashion retailing, while advancing her business acumen through working with major department stores, boutiques, and local designers.

    Her experiences living in Italy inspired her to open several renowned Italian restaurants in Singapore. Overseeing all operations, her deep knowledge and experience in the F&B industry forms the basis for her consulting in the world of food. She is also actively involved in the real estate sector, and has managed and sold properties in Singapore and across Europe.

    Rosezita’s appetite for uncovering hidden opportunities is a driving force behind S.I.B. Consulting, promoting the continual exploration of new areas and ways of work, while sharpening her abilities to deliver results for her clients.

ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM

  • Business Administration Executive

    Wendy brings extensive experience in HR management, accounts, and administration, with key knowledge in floating production, storage, and offloading (FPSO) projects. She undertakes all license and permit procurement exercises, as well as managing all import and export activities.
